Google releases google-glog: Application Level Logging

the release of
, an application-level logging library for C++, which they have been using internally up until now.
glog makes sending log messages as simple as streaming to LOG:
LOG(WARNING) << "Cannot open file " << filename;
It also provides support for conditional logging, and a special DLOG macro which is only compiled in for DEBUG builds.
